Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in carrier transit after dispatch.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligible defective and non-defective items may be returned or exchanged when requested within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective merchandise must be new and unused. Approval is required before mailing, and no restocking fee applies.
