This Bachan's shop publishes the following service commitments for its customers.

Returns and exchanges

We accept eligible returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective merchandise. Contact us within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective items must be new and unused; defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items are also eligible for review.

Start the request at shoponkhan6666ueu@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason, and relevant photos when applicable. Wait for approval before mailing anything. A free prepaid return label is included in the package, and we do not charge a restocking fee.

Refund timing

After approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
